Phil Robinson joined Ambassador in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from the educational
charity sector and the accountancy field. Initially, Phil held various roles in the company, focusing on
compliance, financial management, operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional customer
service standards.
Since stepping into the role of Company Director, Phil has expanded his responsibilities to support
the operational side of the business, ensuring the highest level of service delivery. He has played a
pivotal role in fostering strong communication between the Operations Team and our customers,
helping maintain the exceptional service standards we are known for. Phil is deeply passionate about customer experience and is committed to ensuring Ambassador provides the personal touch that sets us apart in the industry.
Operations Director
Martin Page joined Ambassador Services Limited in 1985, beginning his career as a window cleaning
operative. Through hard work and dedication, he rose through the ranks to become the company’s
Operations Director.
In his current role, Martin holds overall responsibility for the Operations Team, ensuring they deliver
the highest level of service to all clients. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the
company’s operations enable him to lead the team with efficiency and a strong commitment to
excellence.
Estate Maintenance Manager
Barry Bostwick-Horton has been an integral part of Ambassador Services Limited since 2003, when he took on the role of Estate Maintenance Manager at the inception of the company’s Estate Maintenance Department.
Barry oversees the department, leading a fully trained team of operatives to deliver exceptional horticultural and estate maintenance services. His extensive knowledge of the industry and
commitment to excellence have been invaluable to the company. Over the course of his career, Barry has earned numerous accreditations, further solidifying his expertise and contributions to the success of Ambassador.
Contracts Manager
With 30 years of industry experience, Steve Avery joined Ambassador Services Limited in 2002 as
Contracts Manager. In this role, Steve oversees a team of Area Managers and Supervisors, ensuring
that all tasks are completed as agreed and that operatives adhere to strict safety standards.
Steve is highly customer-focused, dedicated to delivering exceptional service while fostering strong

Area Manager
Manuel Moura joined Ambassador Services Limited in 2005 and has since become an integral part of
the team. As Area Manager, Manuel is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring
