Martin joined Ambassador Services Limited back in 1985, starting his career as a window cleaning operative, working his way through the ranks to his current position of Operations Director. Martin has overall responsibility for the Operations Team ensuring the team deliver the highest service possible to all our clients.

Barry Bostwick-Horton

Estate Maintenance Manager

Barry began his post as Estate Maintenance Manager from the inception of our Estate Maintenance Department back in 2003. Barry has overall control of this Department with a fully trained team of operatives working alongside him. His extensive knowledge of all horticultural and estate maintenance requirements has been of great benefit to Ambassador and he has gained numerous accreditations throughout his career.

Steve Avery

Contracts Manager

Steve has worked in the industry for 30 years, joining Ambassador Services Limited in 2002, as Contracts Manager. Steve has responsibility for a team of Area Supervisors, ensuring the Supervisors and operatives carry out their tasks as agreed and all operatives work safely. Steve is very customer focused, delivering a high level of service and building strong relationships with both clients and employees.
