We aim to not only comply with legislation, but to exceed it wherever possible and we actively communicate with our employees and clients with regards to our environmental policy under the provisions of ISO 14001:2004.

COSHH and the Green Factor

Ambassador Services are highly dedicated to preserving the environment and work in full compliance of COSSH regulations in order to protect our personnel and yours, and every product we use on your site has been fully assessed and documented (proof available) for your consideration, and we only use liquid chemicals that are 100% biodegradable and aerosols that are CFC-free.

As part of our commitment to the environment, we also provide a comprehensive recycling service for office waste and can supply recycled paper janitorial products.

The Directors and management of Ambassador Services Limited are committed to the provision of a contract cleaning and support service that complies with the requirement to achieve customer satisfaction.

Ambassador Services are fully aware of the impact our business activities have on the environment, and our targets are to achieve reductions in waste production and to promote good housekeeping practises.

Consider and comply with current legislation within our scope of services and liaise with local environmental groups
Endeavour to educate and train employees, providing them with all relevant environmental information
Prevention of emissions, waste and pollution, combined with controlled usage of energy and materials
Endeavour to promote environmental issues to third parties, i.e. customers, suppliers etc.
Maintain continual improvement of our environmental performance with regular reviews and monitoring of our environmental policy.

Ambassador Services have been looking after us for many years. Seven years ago, we moved into a prestige’s newly built building in the heart of the City of London our offices look as good today as they did then, this is down to the dedication of the management and their cleaning staff.
